Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CRA Self-Evaluation & Program Governance Analyst to lead the annual self-evaluation by integrating data, analysis, and stakeholder input across the organization.

This role combines data analysis, narrative development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment. The successful candidate will compile the self-evaluation, facilitate timely responses, and support governance, audit, and regulatory examination activities with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience in CRA, fair lending, compliance or regulatory programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate CRA self-evaluation data and information from cross-functional partners; ensure source ownership and version control.
• Analyze performance context, metrics, and tables to identify trends and provide regulatory-ready narratives.
• Assemble and quality-check the self-evaluation document, ensuring consistency between data, narrative, and appendices.
• Coordinate with CRA Program Office and business partners to support governance, audits, and regulatory examinations.
