Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Compliance Risk Analytics & Reporting Officer to enhance the development, execution, and monitoring of its CRA and related governance programs. The role partners with Compliance, Technology, GRC, Internal Audit and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable risk insights and executive reporting.

The position requires strong analytics and communication skills, experience with GRC platforms and data visualization tools, and a collaborative, risk-aware mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Monitoring & Testing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulatory environment.
• Practical working knowledge of financial services compliance requirements and regulatory expectations (OCC, FRB, CFPB, state regs).

Responsibilities

• Support development, execution, and maintenance of the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) Program.
• Assist with maintenance of the Compliance Risk Universe, risk taxonomies, risk libraries, and governance documentation.
• Participate in risk identification, assessment, aggregation, and reporting activities.
• Support collection, validation, and analysis of compliance risk information across business units.
• Assist with development of risk-rating methodologies and procedures.
• Provide analytical support for CRA enhancement initiatives.
