Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Corporate CRA Analyst to help design and implement the company CRA program across divisions in Texas. The role involves developing data collection policies, performing CRA analyses to identify gaps, and producing regular reports for management and leadership.

You will monitor regulatory developments, train staff on CRA rules, and update procedures as needed while aligning with bank-wide CRAs and FDIC examinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and banking experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in banking with CRA or regulatory exposure preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and policy development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing the CRA program expectations across divisions.
• Develop and maintain CRA data collection policies and procedures.
• Prepare annual performance context and periodic management reports.
• Coordinate with CRA Officers, Division Coordinators and bank leadership on CRA issues.
