Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CRA CD Validation Analyst to join the CRA Program Office within the Community Impact & Inclusion division.

You will provide advanced CRA and CD subject-matter guidance on the review and validation of potential CD loans, investments, and services, and lead CD validation activities with cross-functional partners. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and writing skills, plus deep knowledge of CRA requirements and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate validation workflow and manage recurring and time-sensitive deliverables with CRA Program Office.
• Perform secondary review and quality assurance to ensure CRA requirements are applied consistently.
• Support validation initiatives including year-end loan submissions, data scrubs and reporting; identify risks and strengthen controls.
• Develop relationships with internal partners and business lines to improve documentation and data quality.
