Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Corporate CRA Program Analyst to design and implement the CRA program across divisions in Texas. The role includes developing policies, overseeing data collection, analyzing gaps, and preparing management reports for leadership, with training leadership on CRA rules.

The position emphasizes collaboration with CRA coordinators, management, and examiners, and requires staying current with legislative changes while ensuring policy updates.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform essential duties and maintain compliance with banking regulations.
• Strong analytical and data review skills to identify gaps in CRA performance.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data extraction for governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic reviews of CRA data for accuracy and provide feedback to Divisions.
• Perform frequent data analysis for CRA performance tracking.
• Maintain and enhance CRA systems knowledge to improve data management and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Division staff and provide guidance during CRA discussions.
• Maintain policies and procedures for CRA collection and reporting activities.
• Analyze CRA lending, investment and service progress within Assessment Areas.
• Provide reports and guidance to Glacier Board and management on the CRA program.
• Research new CRA rules and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with examiners during FDIC visits and exams.
• Assist with submission of CRA data to regulators.
• Support CRA training bank-wide including to corporate or division boards.
• Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations including BSA/Patriot Act.
