Job summary

Glacier Bancorp in Texas is seeking a Corporate CRA Analyst to design and implement the CRA program, working with Division CRA Coordinators, the CRA Officer, and Glacier Managers to develop and oversee data collection policies and procedures.

You will monitor legislative developments, prepare annual performance context, generate management reports, and train staff on CRA rules while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Social Sciences or Humanities.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic reviews of CRA data for accuracy and improvements.
• Run data analyses for CRA performance tracking.
• Maintain and enhance CRA systems knowledge and efficiency.
• Act as a resource to Division staff on CRA matters and meetings.
• Maintain policies on CRA collection and reporting activities.
• Analyze CRA lending, investment and service progress in Assessment Areas.
• Provide reports and guidance to Glacier Board and management.
• Research new CRA rules, regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with examiners during FDIC visits and exams.
• Assist with CRA data submission to regulators.
• Support CRA training bank-wide including to Boards.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act and OFAC.
