Glacier Bancorp in Texas (Corporate CRA team) seeks a skilled CRA professional to design and implement the bank's CRA program. You will work with Division CRA Coordinators, the CRA Officer, and Glacier Managers to develop policies, collect data, analyze gaps, and prepare management reports.
Responsibilities include maintaining CRA systems, tracking loans, services and donations, training staff on CRA requirements, and coordinating with regulatory examiners during FDIC visits.
This position will assist in the design and implementation of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program for the company including working with each Division CRA Coordinators, the CRA Officer, and Glacier Managers. Develop and oversee policies and procedures on CRA data collection efforts, including tracking of loans, services and donations. Perform necessary CRA analysis to identify potential 'gaps' and opportunities for the Bank. Assist in compiling an annual performance context, create periodic reports for management teams and bank leadership and consult with management and department heads regarding CRA issues. Monitor new legislative and administrative developments and provide training and leadership to staff regarding CRA rules, requirements and update policies and procedures as needed.
This is a Corporate position which may be located in an available bank division in Texas. The entry rate for this position is $70,245.45 + / per year.

Required: Bachelor's Degree, Business, Finance, Social Sciences or Humanities.
Required: 5 years, Minimum of 5 years of banking required.
Preferred: Advanced Experience, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Prior work experience in lending or credit administration and documentation review.
Preferred: Should possess in-depth knowledge of the banking regulations, and ability to assess and address compliance risks of various bank products and services, customer types, and banking transactions.
Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
Environment: Indoors, a climate-controlled shared work area.
Noise Level: Moderate noise; not extreme or excessive; within reasonable limits.
Lifting: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, view a computer terminal, and read the computer screen, printed materials, and handwritten materials.
CONMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
