Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to assist in designing and implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program across the bank.

You will work with Division CRA Coordinators, the CRA Officer, and Glacier Managers to develop data collection policies, track loans, services, and donations, and identify gaps or opportunities for the CRA program. The role involves compiling annual performance context, creating reports for management, and training staff on CRA rules and

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree and banking experience.
• 5 years minimum banking experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CRA rules, reporting, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic reviews of CRA data for accuracy and feedback.
• Conduct data analysis for CRA performance tracking.
• Maintain CRA systems knowledge and improve data management.
• Coordinate with Division staff and CRA coordinators.
• Assist with FDIC examinations and regulatory submissions.
