Job summary

BOT Career Opportunities is seeking a CRA Officer to lead the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act programs in Johnson City, TN. You'll partner with management to develop annual performance plans and work with officials to address community needs within CRA areas.

You will chair the CRA Committee, oversee data collection, reporting, and ensure compliance with federal CRA regulations and guidance. This role requires discretion and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking experience with CRA knowledge is required.
• Hands-on involvement with CRA data collection and community development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and obtain approval for the annual CRA performance plan.
• Coordinate CRA investments, loans and services with vendors and staff in CRA areas.
• Identify community needs and help set CRA program goals with senior management.
• Collect, maintain, analyze and report CRA data and gaps across assessment areas.
• Chair the CRA Committee and support CRA Steering Group activities.
• Maintain CRA reporting software accuracy and timely annual filing.
