Job summary

BankFirst Financial Services seeks a CRA Officer to manage the Large Bank CRA Compliance Program, ensuring regulatory alignment and equitable credit access for LMI communities. You will leverage Kadince and NContracts for analytics, spatial mapping, and reporting to the Community Development Committee.

You will coordinate self-assessments, prepare CRA-LR filings, and serve as a primary liaison for regulatory exams and community partnerships, traveling as needed across MS/AL and nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with CRA experience preferred.
• Experience with large bank CRA programs and regulatory alignment.
• Proficiency in regulatory writing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data analytics, system management, and CRA software (Kadince, NContracts).
• Optimize assessment areas and expand coverage for lending programs.
• Prepare and present regulatory filings and self-assessments.
