Job summary

Bank-of-Tennessee seeks a CRA Officer in Johnson City, TN to lead the bank's Community Reinvestment Act initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. You will partner with management to develop performance plans and coordinate CRA investments in the assessment areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior banking experience with a thorough awareness/understanding of the CRA required
  • Hands-on involvement with CRA related data collection and community development activities required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and obtain approval for the Bank’s annual CRA performance plan, including periodic review of CRA assessment area geographics
  • Coordinate CRA investments, loans and services in our CRA assessment areas with third party vendors/partners and bank staff
  • Identify credit and services needs within the community and work with senior management to develop programs and set goals
  • Collect, maintain, analyze and report data on the Bank’s CRA information to identify gaps or areas of improvement
  • Chair the Bank’s CRA Committee and maintain CRA reporting and analytics
  • Maintain CRA reporting software and file annual CRA reports on time
