Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research coordination or data management.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and trial conduct.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to develop partnerships.
• Proven ability to engage investigators and monitor sites effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and provide trial information.
• Align and motivate site staff under supervision on trial goals and patient principles.
• Conduct site evaluation, training, monitoring, and closure activities per protocol and GCP.
• Develop site engagement strategies and report progress using CRM tools.
• Ensure recruitment and retention strategies align with patient journey and protocol.
• Manage risk assessment and collaborate with Central Monitoring for safety and performance.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Identify and evaluate potential investigators/sites with support.
• Ensure timely data submission and safety reporting by site personnel.
• Prepare for audit and regulatory inspections and manage investigator payments.
