Job summary
AbbVie seeks a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and to drive trial execution with compliance to GCP and protocols. You will collaborate with site staff, principal investigators, and internal teams to optimize site performance and data integrity.
The role requires at least 1 year in clinical research monitoring (6 months in monitoring), strong analytical and mentoring abilities, and the capacity to manage site risk and patient safety throughout
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and train less experienced CRAs.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for investigative sites and provide contextual information on trials.
- Align and train site staff and principal investigators on trial goals.
- Conduct site evaluation, training, and monitoring with protocol compliance.
- Develop site engagement strategies and report progress using CRM.
- Support patient recruitment and protocol compliance.
- Monitor safety, ensure data quality, and audit readiness.
