Qualifications

• Clinical research coordination or data management experience.
• Knowledge of therapeutic area indications.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and coordinate trial engagement.
• Align site staff and investigators with trial goals, protocol, and patient care.
• Conduct site evaluation, training, monitoring per protocol and SOPs.
• Develop site engagement strategies and use CRM to track progress.
• Assess recruitment and retention strategies based on patient journey.
• Monitor site performance and patient safety signals with Central Monitoring.
• Implement corrective actions to improve compliance and data quality.
• Identify potential investigators/sites with supervisor support.
