Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a CRA Specialist to assist the CRA Manager with documentation, tracking, and analysis of lending data for CRA and HMDA compliance. Responsibilities include quality control, testing, and ensuring accuracy of LARs for regulatory examinations.

You will support HMDA data, CRA small business/farm loans, and data validation, collaborating with business units to maintain compliance, while staying current on HMDA/CRA regulatory changes and preparing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Bank's compliance with HMDA and CRA reporting requirements.
• Accountable for compilation, submission and accuracy of HMDA and CRA LARs.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of the Bank's LARs, HMDA data, and CRA Small Business/Farm loans.
• Conduct independent review and validation of loan data for accuracy and regulatory compliance; identify improvements.
• Work with business units to obtain data and ensure HMDA compliance.
• Monitor and review changes in HMDA and CRA regulations.
• Prepare reports for management, including Fair Lending and CRA departments.
• Provide support to HMDA Compliance Manager in administration of workflows and other duties as needed.
