  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Job description

  • Support implementation and ongoing improvement of CRA data collection, compliance, and performance monitoring processes
  • Gather data from primary and secondary sources and perform analytical reviews
  • Develop solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of CRA-related reporting
  • Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and automated workflows using platforms such as Python, Power BI, or Tableau when applicable
  • Participate in the annual CRA self-assessment and community needs assessment with business lines and Corporate Reinvestment Officers
  • Support CRA and Community Benefit Plan reporting and help streamline and modernize reporting processes
  • Assist CRA leadership with examination preparation, documentation, and regulatory updates related to CRA reform
  • Ensure compliance with CRA data collection, reporting, and disclosure requirements
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows; apply statistical methods to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets and develop scripts or tools to reduce manual processes
  • Build and enhance dashboards and visual reporting tools for internal stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Support CRA examination preparation through data validation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Monitor CRA reform regulatory changes and assist with implementing process, system, and reporting updates
  • Partner with business lines to ensure data integrity and identify process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3–5 years of compliance, regulatory and community development experience
  • Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools
  • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or database management concepts
  • Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of retail, mortgage, business banking and commercial banking lines of business a plus
  • Previous experience and knowledge of CRA, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), LIHTC and fair housing regulations a plus
  • This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens
