Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager focused on CRA compliance to develop and oversee the bank's CRA program within the Compliance Management System. This role collaborates with regulators, leadership, and community partners to meet CRA objectives and risk management goals.

The position requires deep CRA regulatory knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to implement and train on policies. On-site work at the Portland, OR location with cross-functional interaction is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRA compliance experience preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
• Experience supervising teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with CRA software and exams preferred
• Strong communication and training skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRA compliance program and policies
• Oversee CRA reporting for lending, investment and service activities
• Prepare analyses for branching, community impact and LMI considerations
• Coach and mentor staff within the compliance function
• Provide regulatory consultation and guidance to stakeholders
