Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a CRA CD Validation Analyst to lead or support validation of community development activities, loans, investments, and services, aligning with CRA Program Office strategies.

The role partners with lines of business and RCA teams to ensure robust risk management and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating validation work, performing QA, supporting examinations, and communicating decisions with clear rationale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with typically, more than six years of applicable experience.
• Typical qualifications include extensive CRA and regulatory knowledge and writing skills.
• Experience with risk/compliance/audit concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CRA CD validation efforts in line with CRA Program Office strategies.
• Coordinate CD validation activities and provide status updates to team members.
• Perform QA reviews to ensure CRA requirements are applied consistently.
• Assist in data submissions, reviews, and reporting for CRA eligibility and validation.
• Identify risks and help implement effective controls.
