Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CRA CD Validation Analyst to join the CRA Program Office in the Community Impact & Inclusion division.

The role focuses on applying CRA laws and regulatory guidance to validate community development activities and related loans, investments, and services. You will lead day-to-day CD validation efforts, coordinate workflows, and provide expert support across business lines, risk, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with typically, more than six years of applicable experience.
• Proven knowledge of CRA and related regulatory guidance.
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• CRA CD Validation & Quality Oversight supporting validation aligned with CRA Program Office strategies.
• Provide advanced CRA/CD subject-matter guidance in review/validation of CD loans, investments, and services.
• Coordinate workflow and deliverables; provide status updates and peer guidance.
• Support validation initiatives including data scrubs and reporting; identify risks and controls.
