Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with VLSI implementation on high performance designs.

Responsibilities

• Define the CPU and memory subsystem with microarchitects and perform feasibility experiments.
• Assess area, frequency, performance and power trade-offs for RTL.
• Drive RTL-to-GDS flow through synthesis/place-and-route with ambitious power, performance, and area targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate physical design (timing, area, power, testability, reliability).
• Conduct floor planning experiments to assess microarchitectural feasibility for high-performance targets.
