Qualifications

• BS degree required; 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with RTL-to-GDS/Place-and-Route and PPA optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Understand new process technology and PPA trends.
• Drive RTL-to-GDS flow through synthesis/place-and-route for technology evaluation experiments.
• Analyze PD results and identify areas for improvements to maximize PPA with new processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve tech-related issues and improve PPA.
• Perform and analyze PD experiments to achieve high targets for performance, power and area.
