Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in social science, health, or health administration.
• Three years of behavioral health treatment experience.
• Doctorate or medical degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises social workers and counselors in CPST per guidelines.
• Manages day-to-day CPST operations and staffing.
• Ensures clinical assessments support diagnoses and medical necessity.
• Ensures authorization of services from MCOs before start and tracks units.
• Maintains waitlist and assigns caseloads to staff.
• Provides clinical leadership on complex cases and referrals.
