Job summary

Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority (JPHSA) seeks a Behavioral Health Program Director-A (FFT Supervisor) to oversee the Functional Family Therapy program in BHCS. This role provides supervision, clinical oversight, and day-to-day management of FFT staff and activities.

The incumbent applies evidence-based FFT practices, coordinates with partner programs, and ensures staffing productivity and compliance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus three years of experience in behavioral health treatment, OR
• Doctorate or medical degree plus two years of behavioral health treatment experience

Responsibilities

• Supervises FFT program staff per JPHSA guidelines and oversees adherence to policies and procedures.
• Educates and consults with clinical team on FFT model delivery.
• Oversees staff schedules to meet productivity and billing standards.
• Collects data and completes reports on program services, clinical outcomes, contract requirements, and QA activities.
• Coordinates with DJS, Families in Need of Services, and other programs to sustain FFT references.
• Participates in supervision meetings to coordinate cases among FFT, FFT-CW, MST, CPST and other programs.
