Job summary

The Community Support Coordinator at MPNN Behavioral Health leads CPST implementation and oversees Mental Health Skill-Building transitions, ensuring services meet Medicaid and DBHDS standards and medical necessity.

You will supervise LMHP/QMHP staff, develop staffing models, and collaborate with community partners to improve access and outcomes; a Master’s degree and Virginia LMHP credential are preferred for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must pass all required Background Checks.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• TB test within 30 days of employment and yearly thereafter.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Virginia LMHP credential strongly preferred due to leadership and supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical oversight of CPST and Mental Health Skill-Building Services.
• Lead transition activities from Skill-Building Services to CPST.
• Develop and revise CPST policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Develop staffing models and supervision structures for LMHPs, QMHPs, QMHP-Ts, and BHTs.
• Ensure compliance with DMAS, DBHDS, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
