Overview

R&P is seeking a motivated Journeyman DoD Acquisition Program Analyst with Logistics, Product Support, and Production experience to join our team supporting the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Office in Washington, D.C. The CPS Program is rapidly developing and fielding hypersonic weapons capabilities for the U.S. Army and Navy. We need a Program Analyst with Weapon System Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) or Product Support experience to work in a fast-paced environment. We are a small defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, and Technical Services to government clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site and remote support to the CPS Program Office, Director of Logistics and Production, to achieve program goals.
  2. Understand and comply with security procedures; maintain SECRET clearance.
  3. Support acquisition program office and Integrated Product Support Management Team with weapon system sustainment, ILS, Production, and Facilities management.
  4. Plan, prepare, facilitate, and document Logistics and Production working groups, including CONOPS, Requirements, ILS, Technical Manual, Training & Development, Reliability, CDRL, Transportation, Missile Canister & Payload Module Interface, INCO, and Mission Readiness.
  5. Manage IPTs related to Logistics and Production, including Support, Sustainment, and Logistics Product Data.
  6. Develop and maintain Program Manager Review Briefings and updates for Logistics and Production.
  7. Participate in and document technical meetings, milestones, and design reviews.
  8. Maintain logistics inputs to the Program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  9. Develop and manage CPS Program Configuration Management Documents.
  10. Develop and update Risk and Opportunity Management inputs for Logistics and Production.
  11. Manage contract deliverables, including CDRL strategy, procedures, reviews, and tracking.
  12. Conduct logistics-related CDRL reviews.
  13. Provide weekly and monthly reports on issues and actions.
  14. Periodic travel (<5%) to support CPS needs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of DoD acquisition experience preferred; alternatively, an Associate's Degree or high school diploma with 10+ years of logistics or product support experience in DoD.
  2. Experience with DoD weapon system ILS and logistics product development is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  4. Must hold and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
