This program offers a 10-week internship providing extensive on-the-job training, educational speaker events, coaching, and mentorship. Interns are placed within specific teams such as:

  • Chief Investment Office (including Investment Strategy, Asset Allocation, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management, and Sustainable Investing)
  • Alternative Investments
  • Investment Products & Platforms
  • Personal Retirement Product Management
  • Wealth Management Specialists
  • Merrill Chief Operating Office
  • National Business Development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Bachelor’s to Master’s degree program with graduation between November 2026 and August 2027
  • Achievement in extracurriculars or leadership roles
  • Knowledge of finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Teamwork and independent thinking skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Studies in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with data analysis, AI, machine learning, and programming tools like Python, R, Bloomberg, FactSet

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Travel is on an as-needed basis. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, during the 1st shift.
