Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work may qualify for higher starting pay.
• Experience in child protective services advantageous.
• Ability to travel and attend visits after 5pm.
• Nonexempt status; full-time position.

Responsabilités

• Receive cases from investigators after children are removed.
• Plan for child’s permanency with families and kinship.
• Conduct home studies of kinship providers.
• Attend court hearings and prepare court reports.
• Maintain case records with narratives and forms.
• Promote culturally diverse working relationships.
• Regular visits with children and coordinate services.
