Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Midvale is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative to be the face of our brand and deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales. You will engage customers, assess device needs, and work with a team that values problem solving and growth in electronics repair.

The role demands energy, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
