Blattner Company is expanding its energy construction leadership into gas power generation in Avon, Minnesota. The role focuses on developing and maintaining resource-loaded CPM schedules for complex projects, updating leadership with timely reports, and training field teams on schedule systems and processes.

You will work with Primavera and MS Project, coordinate with project teams on site, and contribute to end-to-end hybrid energy solutions while upholding Blattner values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or combinations of related education and experience required.
• 2 or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and scheduling.
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Working knowledge of Analytical Tools (Acumen Fuse, PowerBI, Primavera Risk and Acumen Risk, etc.).
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation, listening).

Responsabilités

• Builds initial resource loaded baseline schedule for projects, ensuring CPM best practices and contract requirements.
• Uses P6 health check to validate schedule against DCMA metrics.
• Supports schedule risk/range analysis under guidance of senior staff.
• Provides schedule updates and looks ahead for weekly meetings.
• Develops Look-Aheads, variance and critical path reports.
• Prepares Time Impact Analysis and schedule status updates for leadership.
• Uploads schedule information to enterprise systems (Salesforce, JDE, PM Web).
