Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to serve as the in-house CPM scheduling expert across all project phases, from concept to close-out. You will coordinate CPM schedule creation, updates, and reporting with the project superintendent and team.

The role requires 3-5 years CPM scheduling experience in similar construction, a four-year construction management or engineering degree, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction scheduling, engineering and cost control schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Coordinate CPM schedule creation and updates with the project superintendent.
• Manage CPM schedule for successful project execution including resources and means/methods.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create baseline schedule based on project information and sequencing.
