Job summary

The Senior Project Scheduler at Sundt Construction will be the in-house scheduling expert, developing and updating CPM schedules across project phases from concept to close-out. You will coordinate with the project superintendent and deliver reports to the team each month.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction scheduling systems, negotiations, engineering and cost control schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of claims by analyzing project CPM schedule performance.
• Incorporates design conflicts into the CPM schedule as provided by the project superintendent.
• Manages the CPM schedule for the successful execution of work, coordinating means, methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conducts CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Creates the baseline schedule based on logic and sequence information provided by the project superintendent.
• Develops proposal phase CPM schedules from project information provided by estimating and historical data.
• Produces a final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provides monthly CPM schedule status reports to the general manager for each project.
• Regularly updates and maintains the historical CPM schedule database.
• Revises each project CPM schedule weekly from superintendent reports.
