Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to serve as the in-house CPM scheduling expert across all project phases, coordinating with the project team and superintendent. The role delivers CPM reports and maintains schedule integrity throughout conceptual to close-out stages.

The candidate will bring 5+ years of CPM scheduling experience in construction, a 4-year CM or engineering degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Assist Project Superintendent with incorporation of design conflicts into the CPM schedule.
• Manage CPM schedule to support successful execution of work, coordinating means, methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create baseline schedule from project superintendent-provided logic and sequence information.
• Develop proposal CPM schedules from information provided by estimating team.
• Produce final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provide monthly CPM schedule status reports to General Manager.
• Regularly update and maintain the historical CPM schedule database.
• Revise CPM schedule weekly based on project superintendent reports.
