Job summary

KeenLogic seeks an experienced Program Management Specialist II to support the DEA IT Governance and CPIC program. The role focuses on IT portfolio management, investment governance, strategic planning, and performance management aligned with mission objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis, federal consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in IT governance frameworks and CPIC processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• PMI-PBA or PMP credentials preferred
• 10+ years of experience in federal IT programs, governance, or management consulting
• Experience with CPIC processes and IT portfolio governance
• Familiarity with TBM, IT governance, and TBM frameworks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing executive briefings, reports, and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Support IT investment lifecycle and CPIC processes
• Assist in IT portfolio management, governance, and performance reporting
• Develop executive briefings and project documentation
• Lead or facilitate governance meetings and workshops
• Provide status reporting and documentation for PMO tasks
• Support strategic planning and organizational development initiatives
• Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and KPIs
