Job summary

HelloFresh in Illinois is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Retail Media to build on the success of this unique offering and to drive sales with national CPG brands and their agencies. You will act as a strategic partner, selling a broad range of advertising solutions to meet client business goals.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, create strategic marketing solutions, leverage GenAI to streamline processes, develop territory plans to exceed growth targets, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of successful sales experience with national CPG brands.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal goals and margins.
• Demonstrated success at growing repeat business.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and email.
• Experience using GenAI to create streamlined processes that can support sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the sales process including opening and developing new business, closing add-on and incremental business, determining needs, and proposing compelling programs.
• Create strategic marketing solutions for CPG clients.
• Augment and optimize our sales and prospecting processes leveraging GenAI tools to grow sales.
• Develop sales plan for territory to meet or exceed growth and revenue goal.
• Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
• Represent HelloFresh as one of the company’s key external evangelists.
