Job summary

eJam is seeking a Product Development Coordinator in Santa Ana, CA to drive new product opportunities through research, vendor coordination, and packaging development. You will manage timelines, samples, and design approvals while coordinating with overseas manufacturers and the CEO for fast, high‑quality product delivery.

You will own the pipeline, track progress across multiple brands, and present weekly updates to leadership. Mandarin is a strong plus for communication with suppliers in China.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or product coordination in consumer products, CPG, eCommerce, or DTC.
• You’ve worked with overseas manufacturers — ideally in China — and understand the sourcing and production workflow.
• You’re experienced with Amazon product research tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
• You’ve used project management tools daily — ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in person — no one has to chase you for updates.
• You’ve coordinated across multiple teams or departments (sourcing, design, marketing, external vendors).
• You have high attention to detail and keep timelines accurate.

Responsibilities

• Research new SKU opportunities and drive new product development across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturers, manage packaging development with the design team, and present progress to leadership weekly.
• Own product pipeline in ClickUp with Kanban boards, timelines, and status updates across active SKUs.
• Track development projects, surface blockers, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned.
