Job summary

eJam, based in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to own the end-to-end product pipeline from idea to production-ready samples. You will research new SKU opportunities, coordinate with overseas manufacturers, and drive packaging and design with our in-house team.

This on-site role requires hands-on coordination across brands, strong project management, and clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in product development, sourcing, or coordination in consumer products.
• Experience with overseas manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research new SKU opportunities and evaluate categories and competition.
• Own the product pipeline in ClickUp with Kanban boards and timelines.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors, including overseas, on pricing and samples.
• Drive packaging and design collaboration with the design team.
• Present progress to leadership weekly and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain vendor communications and ensure schedule adherence.
