Job summary
Javvy Coffee Company is seeking a Launch Program Manager to drive product ideas to launch across retail, DTC and Amazon. You’ll coordinate with Product Strategy, Development, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance in a fully remote (U.S.) role, with travel to co-manufacturers and our Charleston, SC HQ.
You’ll own stage-gate, a master timeline, and a single system of record, leading weekly product meetings and monthly portfolio reviews to ensure on-time launches and
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in commercialization or new product launches.
- Experience launching SKUs via co-manufacturers to first production.
- Experience leading stage-gate and portfolio reviews.
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Monday, Asana or Notion and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end stage-gate process with criteria and decisions.
- Maintain a single master timeline with owners and milestones.
- Consolidate projects in one system of record and manage data.
- Lead weekly product meetings and monthly portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate clean handoffs to Operations, Sales and Marketing.
