Job summary

Graphite Financial is seeking an Accounting Senior Manager — CPG Team Lead to guide a remote team of Client Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates serving CPG clients, ensuring high-quality monthly deliverables and sustained client satisfaction.

You will coach, enable, and coordinate work across the team, while conducting performance reviews and guiding career development in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated CPG accounting experience including trade promotion, inventory, and multi-channel revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coach Client Leads on solution design, client management, and delivery approach across CPG engagements.
• Review engagement approaches for technical risk and consistency with firm standards.
• Escalate delivery challenges and manage team capacity for timely delivery.
• Ensure all team work meets Graphite’s quality standards before client delivery.
• Conduct formal performance reviews and ongoing career development conversations.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team environment with strong coaching.
