Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks an Accreditation Manager to oversee CPD and GME program accreditation. You will ensure compliance with ACCME, ACGME, and Joint Accreditation, coordinating with CPD leadership to meet deadlines and manage finances for CPD activities.

The role combines program accreditation expertise with financial oversight, reporting, and cross-department collaboration in a hybrid work setting, based in Somerville, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years hospital/managed care experience required.
• 2-3 years accreditation experience required.
• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Prior ACCME, CPD, and ACGME accreditation knowledge and/or experience highly preferred.
• Financial management experience highly preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a content expert on CPD accreditation and provide consultative services on accreditation/regulatory topics.
• Act as primary Education Office contact for assigned programs and hospitals; support reporting for ACCME and JA.
• Manage CPD-related revenue and expenses, including grants, course revenue, and vendor payments.
• Lead efforts to maintain accreditation standards for RSS programs and provide required reporting.
• Support CPD-related committee meetings, site visits, and self-evaluations as needed.
