de Anda Capital is seeking a part-time CPA to join our remote team. You will prepare QoE data books for target acquisitions, normalizing EBITDA, and analyzing revenue, margins, and working capital.

You will also perform cash reconciliations across bank statements, ledgers, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and consistency. We value an AI-first mindset, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.

Formación

• CPA license currently active with recent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in public accounting, ideally in transaction advisory, audit, or tax.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare QoE data books for target acquisitions, including EBITDA normalization and revenue/margin analysis.
• Perform proof of cash and reconciliations across statements and tax returns.
• Review AI-generated outputs with professional skepticism to meet outside reviewing firm standards.
• Document processes and help standardize diligence across deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing QoE data books for target acquisitions, including normalizing EBITDA, identifying adjustments, and analyzing revenue, margins, and working capital.
• Performing proof of cash and reconciliations across bank statements, general ledgers, and tax returns for target companies.
• Reviewing AI-generated outputs with professional skepticism and ensuring the final work product meets the standards an outside reviewing firm expects.
• Documenting processes and helping standardize how diligence is done across deals.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license, recently obtained.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in public accounting, ideally in transaction advisory services, audit, or tax.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work, or a strong interest in learning.
• Preferred: exposure to QoE engagements, financial due diligence, or tax diligence.
