Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

• Use agentic AI tools to support review and develop realistic transaction materials and grading criteria.
• Challenge assumptions and identify material errors in financial analyses.
• Develop task instructions and objective evaluation criteria for AI systems.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or carve-out financial analysis.
• Direct responsibility for preparing or reviewing transaction-related financial analyses and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work.
• Experience at a Big Four firm or another leading transaction advisory practice is preferred.
• CPA qualification is preferred.
