You will also perform cash reconciliations across bank statements, ledgers, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and consistency. We value an AI-first mindset, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.

Qualificações

• CPA license currently active with recent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in public accounting, ideally in transaction advisory, audit, or tax.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare QoE data books for target acquisitions, including EBITDA normalization and revenue/margin analysis.
• Perform proof of cash and reconciliations across statements and tax returns.
• Review AI-generated outputs with professional skepticism to meet outside reviewing firm standards.
• Document processes and help standardize diligence across deals.
