Qualifikationen

• Active CPA license required and maintained.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company reporting and SOX.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, PCAOB standards.
• Support SOX 404 compliance including control documentation and testing.
• Research complex technical accounting matters such as revenue recognition and SaaS.
• Review customer contracts for revenue recognition.
• Coordinate external audits and serve as a technical accounting resource.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, close processes, and automation.
