The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented CPA with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams.

Qualifikationen

• CPA required and active licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end close activities with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review balance sheet and income statement variances and analyze.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and financial records.
• Serve as finance partner to internal departments.
• Coordinate external audit activities and respond to requests.
• Support federal/state tax compliance processes.
• Improve accounting processes and ERP templates.
• Assist with inventory and other financial reporting needs.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ready guidance.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve controls.
