Job summary

The Only Facial, LLC in Missouri is seeking an Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, support the monthly close, and ensure integrity of reporting across multiple entities and locations.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide timely financial information to leadership to support growth. CPA preferred but not required; minimum 3 years' experience in full‑cycle accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with multiple entities, locations, or franchises preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with financial statements and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise
• Record and reconcile all transactions (bank, credit card, loans)
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process and track intercompany transactions (corporate vs. franchise-related activity)
• Perform monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain and manage financial dimensions (locations, departments, entities)
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting categories
• Track and reconcile franchise-related revenue (royalties, fees, marketing contributions)
• Support reporting by store, region, and ownership structure
• Assist in creating scalable systems for multi-unit growth
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records
