MGRM Pinnacle operates Pinnacle Charter Schools in Arizona and seeks an Accounting Manager (CPA required) to oversee financial operations across multiple entities in Tempe, AZ. This leadership role blends strategic oversight with hands-on accounting responsibilities in a full-time, on-site capacity.

The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, payroll coordination, tax compliance, and audit preparation while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required and in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including reporting, budgeting, tax, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
• Reconcile bank and GL balances; oversee month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
• Lead tax filings and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls.
