MGRM Pinnacle, Inc. is seeking a dependable Accounting Manager (CPA required) to oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple educational entities in Tempe, AZ.

This on-site role combines leadership with hands-on accounting duties, including reporting, budgeting, payroll coordination, tax compliance, and audit preparation. The successful candidate will ensure GAAP adherence, maintain audit-ready records, and partner with leadership to support strategic planning and financial

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit preparation.
• GAAP knowledge and internal controls are essential.
• Experience coordinating external audits and filings is preferred.
• Experience across multiple entities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate bank reconciliations and general ledger balancing.
• Manage payroll coordination with HR and external providers.
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
