Job summary

Heritage Ascent is seeking a Community Manager to support day-to-day operations, member experience, sales, and marketing across coworking locations. You will be the primary onsite contact for members, guests, and prospects while assisting with lead follow-up, tours, proposals, and onboarding.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, organization, and a proactive mindset to grow the business and improve the member experience. Monday–Friday, onsite at multiple NM locations could be possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
• Experience in coworking, hospitality, or sales is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite contact for members, guests, and prospects
• Coordinate onboarding, access, bookings, mail, and member services
• Support marketing, lead follow-up, tours, proposals, and sales processes
• Monitor website live chat and respond to inquiries promptly
• Assist with events, community-building, and member communications
• Help plan and track monthly metrics and reporting to improve retention
