Job summary

Tishman Speyer, a renowned real estate developer and operator, is seeking a Coworking Manager for the Studio team in New York. You will lead a dynamic group of ambassadors and hospitality staff, drive space sales, manage onboarding and operations, and oversee events and community initiatives to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role demands 3–5 years in coworking, hospitality, or related fields, with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• College graduate with four-year degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, sales, or operations.
• Sales and business operations experience required.
• Financial literacy and experience managing a team preferred.
• Due to the nature of the role this position requires onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior staff (ambassadors and hospitality assistants) in daily community operations.
• Train newly hired ambassadors and hospitality assistants.
• Motivate team and hold them accountable for responsibilities and goals across all key areas of the business (sales, operations, finance, member experience, hospitality, and more)
• Assist with tours and selling space to meet occupancy targets, including touring, pitching, negotiating, and contract execution
• Support renewal negotiations and lead sales for external bookings of conference room and event space
• Manage leasing platforms and lead marketing ideation and execution with internal teams
• Oversee onboarding, policies enforcement, and relationships with third-party partners to optimize operations while controlling costs
• Lead events strategy and budgeting; develop partnerships to reduce spend
• Assist with budget-building, member billing, and accounts payable; ensure financial controls
