Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a dedicated team member for dishwashing and kitchen support in our restaurant. You will help keep dishes, pots, pans, sinks and work areas clean, and assist cooks and stewards with daily tasks. A focus on safety, organization and policy adherence is essential.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months of back-of-house experience, and a Food Handler or ServSafe certificate. Age 18+; candidate must obtain a Class I Gaming License when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators and a clean, safe work area.
• Clean floors, mats, walls and related surfaces per policy.

The Position:

To ensure all restaurant dishes, pots and pans are cleaned in a fast and consistent manner. Assists the supervisor and cooks in the day to day operations and maintenance of the culinary department. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleans all restaurant and kitchen equipment, sinks, tables and drains in an orderly and consistent manner.
• Ensures the cleaning and sanitizing of all walk-in refrigerators. Maintains a clean and safe work area as directed by industry standards.
• Ensures that all floor mats, floors and walls are properly cleaned.
• Maintain a proper and professional relationship with all staff members and remain current on all policies and procedures that deal with the kitchen and the property.
• Assist cooks and stewards as needed. May perform other special projects as needed and as requested.
